As a Procurement Engineer, you will analyze inquiries related to product sourcing and manufacturing.
Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to: Assess and analyze inquiries related to product sourcing and manufacturing.
Customize product designs to ensure manufacturability (DFM) standards.
Perform cost analysis and identify opportunities for optimization.
Research, evaluate, and select vendors based on specific criteria.
Handle and respond to Requests for Quotation (RFQs).
Oversee order management and ensure timely follow-ups.

Minimum requirements: Studies: S tudies in mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics Engineering or related fields Experience: At least 1 or 2 years of experience working with: Engineering drawings and technical files, Proficiency in CAD programs such as Solidworks and Fusion 360.
Basic manufacturing experience, including injection molding, CNC machining, sheet metal processing, extrusion, casting, surface treatment, textiles, and fabrics.
Electronics and Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) experience is a plus.
Logistics experience, including knowledge of shipping methods, lead times, and customs clearance.
Language: Excellent English skills.
B2+ or higher is preferred.
Perks: Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., following the American Calendar.
Contract: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
Location: Remote Colombia.
Salary: The salary for the position depends on professional experience.
