Processes & Projects Analyst - Cali, Colombia - On-Site

Adcomm MDU SAS is looking for a Processes & Projects Analyst to join our team in our Cali office. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing company knowledge through the identification, documentation, and optimization of processes. You will ensure efficient workflows and support continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities: Ensure traceability and control of projects based on workflow analysis.Monitor and control project progress, ensuring alignment with project timelines.Document company processes following document management guidelines.Execute work plans within established timelines in collaboration with area managers.Develop and implement audit plans for critical processes, includingreporting.Requirements: Advanced level of English (C1).Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration,or related fields.Minimum 1 yearof experience in process improvement, project management, or related areas.Proficiency in Data Analysis.Prior experience with process automation and optimization.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Basic proficiency with Microsoft 365.About Adcomm MDU: Adcomm MDU Services, LLC ("AMS") is one of the fastest-growing Internet and Video Services providers for multi-tenant residential and commercial customers nationwide.
