Principal Consultant - Product Owner

Job Description Engage with the business team and stakeholders at different levels to understand business needs, analyze, document, evaluate and prioritize the requirements, and make recommendations on the solution and implementation. Serve as a key liaison between Business, CX/UX, and Engineering teams to facilitate product development. Understand data mapping/transformation, solution design, process diagram, acceptance criteria, user acceptance testing, and other project artifacts. Participate in Program Increment Planning, write/enhance/research Epics & Features, and be responsible as business lead and central subject matter expert. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in at least one of the following domains: E-commerce (Cart, Checkout, Fulfillment, Pricing, Delivery, Returns, Bots, Service) Order Management (SAP/ERP experience and strong FMD Mapping experience or familiar with adapter architecture) ML Algorithm/Ops build and sustain process (Suggested Orders | Media Spend | Assortment Optimization, Next Best Actions etc).
