Purpose
The main purpose of the Pricing role is to develop, implement and optimize pricing strategies that maximize the company's profitability and competitiveness in the market. This role is crucial to ensuring that the company's products and services are appropriately valued, balancing customer perception with the company's financial objectives. A Pricing specialist works closely with various departments, such as sales, marketing and finance, to align pricing strategies with business goals and adapt to market dynamics. Process Credit notes, change price, skus, changes list prices to collaborate with the efficiency of the markets. For Trade Spend is to manage and optimize trade spend to improve the efficiency of promotional activities. This role is essential to ensure that resources allocated to promotions, discounts and other commercial activities are used effectively, generating the greatest possible impact on sales and profitability. A Trade Spend analyst works closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align promotional strategies with the company's business objectives. where credit notes are made correctly and on time and they are effectively monitored.

Top Accountabilities · Provide financial analysis as needed, in claiming process the open items (price differences, incomplete payments, commercial charges, etc) · Warrantee the quality and fulfilment of the Diageo requirements for the customers. · Provide financial and commercial teams with guidance and information about business risks and potential mitigation plans. ·Influencing the commercial and financial teams during the business decision making process. Build and maintain high quality and effective internal control area. Deliver successful internal & external (GAR - PwC) audits.
Qualifications and Experience
Required Essential · business Administration, international business or accounting university degree · Financial or related experience (4 Years) · Pricing and trade spend management experience · Strong analytical skills · Strong Customer Service Attitude · Strong interpersonal and communication skills · Strong MS Office knowledge · Fluent English Desirable · System skills (SAP knowledge) · Having an overview of market and customer specifics.
