The Price Setting Project Lead will own and drive Price Setting projects such as Rate Card building and enhancement for CPS, SMB, Analytics, etc. There is strong opportunity for global recognition by presenting up to the senior leadership of our global business, as well as working on projects with Market Leaders, Sales teams, Product Leadership, Operations, and Deal Desk. Reporting directly into the Global Price Setting Lead, the Price Setting Project Lead will have strong project management, analytical, and technical skills, as well as commercial acumen to drive business strategy through Rate Cards. Responsibilities Have full ownership and accountability in leading global Rate Card projects, such as: Revamping historical local Rate Cards into a modern, dynamic, globally consistent Rate Card and pricing structure. Build Rate Cards for brand new services. Enhance existing Rate Cards to continuously improve and support revenue and price capture. Build an impressive personal network of working relationships with senior leaders across the world in Sales, Product Leadership, Deal Desk, and Operations. Challenge the status quo to make recommendations that drive price increases and increase our margin. Work with CPQ (MSD Implementation) to ensure our Rate Cards transition well into MSD for our sales team to use. Qualifications MUST HAVE Bachelor's Degree. 3+ years' strong experience from either a Pricing, Commercial, Product, or Customer Success/Analytics background. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Proficient level of English. Ability to take initiative and advance projects independently while effectively managing stakeholders' expectations. Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Responsible, adaptable, and detail-focused while multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. Experience working with clients and understanding their needs.
