President of Affiliate Partners
You Will Raise Capital is a premier consulting firm specializing in financial and fundraising services. We assist founders in raising seed to Series B capital from start to finish. Our sector-agnostic approach focuses on partnering with exceptional companies that boast a strong team, innovative products, proven traction, and substantial market potential.
We are seeking a dynamic and driven President of Affiliate Partners to lead, inspire, and manage our affiliate partner teams.
What We're Looking For:
Leadership Excellence:
Hire, onboard, and manage three types of affiliate partners:
- Founder Network Strategist: brings in new clients.
- Investment Network Strategist: brings in investors for deals.
- Special PE Networkers: helps close our big deals ($20-$50M).
Global Team Management:
- Lead and inspire a diverse team of affiliate partners located across the globe, including the USA, Saudi Arabia, UAE, United Kingdom, and Tel Aviv, Israel.
- Conduct 5-6 calls daily with new affiliates, helping to organize them into effective teams.
- Manage the team primarily through WhatsApp, providing inspiration, sharing insights, and answering questions.
- Oversee a behind-the-scenes support team to help organize and manage affiliate groups.
Performance-Driven:
- Ensure your team maximizes their potential and achieves outstanding results.
- Set goals to onboard 50-60 affiliates per month and eventually hire a manager to handle an expanding team.
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong communication abilities, confidence, energy, and enthusiasm.
- Passion for speaking to people, meeting new individuals, and leading teams from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and share new ideas with your team.
- Project management skills to ensure your PE Networkers have the necessary information and support.
- Flexibility to learn about different sectors and manage a high volume of communication.

Payment
- Payment:Base Salary: $1,500 per month.
- Bonuses: $250 per deal closed by Founder Network Strategists, $5,000 per deal closed by Investment Network Strategists, and $10,000+ per deal closed by Special PE Networkers.
- Limitless Growth: Starting with a base of $1,500/month, you can easily be making 10-20x that over time as you build and lead your team. There is no ceiling at You Will Raise Capital.
