DescriptionThis manager-level position (Portfolio Sr. Manager) is responsible for managing delivery business operations and resources of Tech Oracle Consulting Services for MCR-N.The manager will oversee a group of Senior Project Managers and PMAs based in Colombia, and will be responsible for the delivery of all projects in the MCR-N region.Main responsibilities include people management, project oversight, financial management, practice P management, and sales enablement.The manager is accountable for operational/financial metrics and maintaining project/portfolio profitability while ensuring quality project delivery and maintaining customer referenceability.Responsibilities- Develops strategy and plans to successfully implement operational policies and achieve portfolio performance in support of strategic objectives.- Ensures adherence to operational policies and achievement of portfolio performance to support the business plan.- Reviews the solution and deal structure (regarding practice margin and staffing) of proposals and supports the sales process.- Manages the region P to achieve expected margins and revenue targets.- Manages a group of Senior Project Managers and PMAs.- Provides oversight to projects within the portfolio to ensure high customer satisfaction in a profitable manner.Qualifications- 8+ years of experience relevant to this position, including 2 years of project or direct line management experience.- Demonstrated ability to follow solid project management principles and successfully manage projects of increasing complexity.- Comfortable working in a matrix management environment.- Strong influencing and negotiation skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors.- Product, technology, or industry expertise relevant to the portfolio focus.- Selling skills preferred.- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.- Ability to travel as needed.Career Level - M3As a world leader in cloud solutions, Oracle uses tomorrow's technology to tackle today's problems.
