Schedule: Monday to Friday - 9:00AM to 6:00 PM EST (9pm-6am PHT) Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Podcast Production Manager to join our team.
This role is crucial for managing our outsourced podcast production team and driving the growth of our show and audience.
The ideal candidate will have strong social media experience, excellent email marketing and copywriting skills, and a highly organized approach to work.
Responsibilities: Podcast Production Management: Oversee and coordinate the podcast production team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality episodes.
Communicate effectively with the production team, partners, and stakeholders to align on the show's needs and goals.
Hold team members and partners accountable for their deliverables and timelines.
Social Media and Audience Growth: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase audience engagement and growth.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to adjust strategies as needed.
Engage with the audience on various platforms to build a loyal community.
Email Marketing and Copywriting: Create compelling email campaigns to promote new episodes, events, and partnerships.
Write engaging copy for social media posts, show notes, and other promotional materials.
Maintain an organized content calendar for email and social media campaigns.
Relationship Management: Foster and maintain relationships with partners and sponsors.
Collaborate with partners to create mutually beneficial promotional opportunities.
Administrative and Organizational Tasks: Keep detailed records of production schedules, marketing plans, and communications.
Ensure all team members are on track with their tasks and deadlines.
Provide regular updates to the management team on progress and metrics.
Requirements Proven experience in podcast production management or a similar role.
Strong social media marketing skills with a track record of growing an audience.
Excellent email marketing and copywriting abilities.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proactive and able to hold others accountable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and email marketing platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Fluency in English and proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with outsourced teams.
Knowledge of podcasting industry trends and best practices.
Background in managing relationships with partners and sponsors.
