Responsibilities: Respond to guest inquiries: Engage with podcast guests by answering their questions and ensuring their participation in episodes. Coordinate between guests and clients: Manage scheduling, create prep materials, and develop relevant questions for each guest appearance. Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with content writers, editors, video producers, and graphic designers to create high-quality episode collateral.
