The Player Support Analyst I is an entry-level position in the Customer Service team which last the first 6 months. In this junior phase the expected performance to be achieved such as punctuality, autonomy and innovation. This role involves solving customers' requests by live chat and email and providing a good experience to the players. Essential Responsibilities Customer Service (Chats &emails) Comply with all established internal protocols Validate and issue courtesies/retentions Review and/or report sports betting/casino activity Report accounts with suspicious activity Report interactions for reassignment to other areas/teams Required Knowledge and Skills Empathy and assertive communication skills Basic industry knowledge Strong problem-solving skills.
