Applying evidence-based clinical best practices in the therapeutic management of patients with chronic and acute kidney disease treated in the National RTS Network under the supervision of a nephrologist, aligned with minimum enabling standards, clinical and quality indicators, in line with corporate goals and the medical code of ethics.

What you will do at Baxter: Apply policies, standards, quality manual, protocols, guidelines, procedures, and management models in the care of patients with chronic and acute kidney disease in all stages related to your position within the regulatory and corporate framework.Identification, intervention, and support for behavioral aspects in patients with chronic renal failureIdentification, intervention, and support for coping strategies for patients with chronic renal failureIdentification, intervention, and support for the level of adherence of patients with chronic renal failureTaking into account the above points, identification and classification of psychological risk in patients with chronic renal failureProvide emotional support and information to patients with chronic renal failure and their familiesDevelopment of psychological strategies for improving the living conditions of patients with chronic renal failureStrengthening autonomy and personal control for patients with chronic renal failureGuidance to the family support network, caregiver, or companion, in decision-making and proper management of emotional aspects related to the disease in patients with chronic renal failureIntervention with patients in crisis or particularly complex situations, properly coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, possible referrals to psychiatryEnsure the implementation of the social participation policy in health, in the IPS under its responsibility.
