Drive best practices in PHP development, including coding standards, performance optimization, and security. Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and design scalable solutions. Architect and implement robust, scalable, and efficient PHP-based applications. Develop and maintain integrations with other systems and services, including APIs and third-party tools. Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in PHP development. Recommend and implement improvements to optimize code performance, security, and maintainability. Explore opportunities to integrate new technologies or frameworks that align with company goals. Requirements 8+ years of experience in PHP, with at least 3 years playing leadership roles. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming. Previous experience in leading and supervising engineering teams. Excellent leadership, communication, and client orientation skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Experience implementing RESTFul services and Microservices. Experience in Elastic Search. Experience in MySQL. Experience with non-relational databases. Advanced English.
