HH Global are looking for a high-end Retoucher who can thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced & deadline-driven environment. The Retoucher will be responsible for delivering best-in-class retouching as an extension of our US based creative studio. The primary focus will be to deliver image correction and manipulation for both product and editorial style photographs in a high-volume setting. In addition, the retoucher must have an artistic eye for color treatments. The Photo Retoucher is also responsible for image quality control and monitoring the prescribed workflow of images. Must be able to work in collaboration and be able to take art direction, coordinating with other team members, such as photographers, graphic designers and producers to ensure smooth project execution. Contributing their technical expertise and artistic vision to enhance the visual impact of images and ensure the successful execution of projects within a creative studio environment. This role will be based in our Bogotá office 3 days a week. Key Responsibilities Work with digital photo retouching photos to be used in large scale marketing and ad and other materials. Ability to multitask and work on overlapping and consecutive projects at one time. Expert level of skill in retouching utilized daily. Apply understanding to projects in areas of color, tone, saturation, brightness, image cropping, resolution, composition. Keep a keen eye on industry trends to lead and inspire the team. Mentor team members. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom and other retouching software. Experience in color correction, image manipulation and restoration, and compositing. Understanding of file formats, resolution, and color spaces for various mediums. Ability to work with large volumes of images and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of digital photography and lighting techniques. Knowledge, Skills +Experience 5+ years as an experienced photo retoucher. Eye for art and design. Experience working with big brands. Superior organizational, decision making, troubleshooting, negotiating, influencing and interpersonal skills. Ability to work within a team environment. Ability to work and function in ambiguity. Strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong computer background specifically with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Excel, Word and other digital project management tools. #J-18808-Ljbffr
