Job Title:  Personal Injury Paralegal Assistant Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Philadelphia, PA Time  Includes a 1-hour unpaid break Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal Assistant to support our legal team in various administrative and case preparation tasks.
Responsibilities: Drafting letters and correspondence for attorneys and paralegals.
Assisting in the preparation and distribution of welcome packets.
Coordinating the collection of insurance information, liens, and any other essential documents required to initiate cases.
Assisting with data entry and maintaining case files.
Providing general administrative support to attorneys and paralegals as needed.
Requirements: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in legal research and writing.
Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Scope of Responsibilities: Assist attorneys with case preparation and file management.
Support the legal team with a range of administrative and clerical tasks.
Contribute to the efficient management of caseloads and case-related documentation.
Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner to meet case deadlines.
Additional Qualifications: Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus, but not required.
