Job Description Seeking an exceptionally organized and discreet Personal Assistant to support a high-profile real estate executive navigating both professional demands and personal transitions. This role offers a unique opportunity to streamline the life of a dynamic leader, handling everything from complex scheduling to sensitive document management. You'll be the linchpin in maintaining order across various aspects of the executive's life, from coordinating with legal teams to managing family obligations. Responsibilities Masterfully manage the executive's intricate personal and professional calendar Coordinate seamless travel arrangements, ensuring smooth logistics Oversee meticulous document control, including organizing financial records and legal paperwork Track and process invoices for both personal and business expenses Assist with family-related tasks, such as coordinating school pick-ups and parent-teacher conferences Maintain organized email communications, prioritizing and responding as needed Liaise with legal teams, ensuring all necessary documents are prepared and filed timely Support small capital improvement projects, assisting with coordination and follow-up Adapt quickly to changing priorities, providing flexible support as needs evolve Requirements 2-3 years of experience in a personal assistant role, preferably in a high-pressure environment Exceptional organizational skills with a talent for juggling multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel skills for data management Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English Proven ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion Adaptability and resilience in the face of changing schedules and priorities Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to anticipating needs Familiarity with real estate or legal processes a plus Availability during Miami, FL business hours ZR 17359 JOB #J-18808-Ljbffr
