Responsibilities: • Prepare daily call schedules using Slack and other software tools • Manage and organize client information in Zoho CRM and other databases • Conduct end-of-day coding and information processing • Execute follow-up communications with potential clients • Nurture leads through various stages of the sales pipeline • Assist in rebooking existing clients and securing first-time bookings • Manage executive's schedule to maximize meeting time • Handle administrative tasks to support sales operations • Organize and maintain efficient systems for data management and retrieval Requirements • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Proficiency in using CRM systems, particularly Zoho • Experience with productivity tools such as Slack, Zoom, and general office software • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Sales or customer service experience preferred • Comfortable interacting with high-net-worth individuals and executives Independent Contractor Perks Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job ZR_18235_JOB
