Personal Assistant/ Podcast Coordinator

HRMD Management is looking for a Personal Assistant/Podcast Coordinator who will play a crucial role in supporting in the administrative needs of the direct supervisor and managing the production of our popular podcast. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for both personal organization and podcasting. -Full onsite in El Poblado. -Monday to Friday, weekends off. Responsibilities Personal Assistance: Manage the client's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail. Run errands and complete administrative tasks as needed. Podcast coordination: Assist in planning, scheduling, and recording podcast episodes. Coordinate with guests, editors, and other team members to ensure a smooth production process. Manage podcast-related social media accounts and engage with the audience. Assist with podcast research and script development. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or BPO field. Community management knowledge. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
