Our team is fully remote, and we are focused on scaling through optimized performance marketing and creative ad strategies.
Role Overview: As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing all paid media channels (primarily Google and Meta), overseeing ad performance, tracking KPIs for media and agencies, and working closely with our internal design and email teams.
You will be expected to create strategic design briefs, set up tests for media performance, and ensure ad campaigns are optimized for maximum return.
You'll play a key role in scaling our business while supporting creative and data-driven marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: 1.
Paid Media Management and Optimization (50%) Oversee and optimize paid media campaigns on Google Shopping Ads, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager, ensuring campaigns are tailored to meet performance and ROAS targets.
Implement A/B tests and other strategies to optimize ads for better performance, continuously identifying ways to improve ad effectiveness and scale revenue.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for both internal and external agency-led campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure targets are met and opportunities for growth are identified.

Creative Collaboration and Strategic Input (30%) Develop detailed design briefs for the internal design team, ensuring media assets align with growth objectives and enhance ad performance.
Work closely with the email marketing, SEO, and CRO teams to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing strategies, providing support for paid media initiatives.
Contribute to the overall marketing strategy by aligning paid media efforts with long-term growth goals, working directly with the CMO to develop scalable media strategies.

Performance Reporting and Growth Opportunities (20%) Provide regular reports to the CMO and other stakeholders on media performance, ensuring transparency and data-driven insights for long-term strategy development.
Constantly explore and test new channels, targeting strategies, or ad formats to uncover new revenue opportunities and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
Use data and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush to consistently refine and enhance ad strategies, aiming for sustained growth and improved ROI.
Requirements Must-Have: 5+ years of experience managing paid media, with extensive experience in D2C e-commerce growth.
Expert knowledge in Google Ads, Google Shopping Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads Manager.
Strong proficiency with Shopify.
Demonstrated ability to optimize for ROAS while identifying new revenue opportunities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Nice-to-Have: Working knowledge of Klaviyo, Google Tags, Google Search Console (GSC), and SEMrush.
Basic understanding of SEO, influencer marketing, and CRO principles.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially with remote teams.

Client Interview If you pass the skills assessment, you'll have a final interview with the hiring client.
