Below you will find the various parameters which you should take into consideration when screening a candidate.
English Is the candidate fluent in English?
Although an accent is no issue, lacking vocabulary or struggling to make oneself understood is a dealbreaker.
The candidate must be able to express himself both technically and formally without problem.
Communicative This parameter ensures that the candidate is not too passive or short on conversation.
Passiveness can be interpreted as disinterest, so the candidate should ideally appear engaged, ask questions, and provide brief but complete answers.
We would love to be able to submit all candidates for consideration however, the client will be focusing on profiles with over 6 years of experience.
