Job Responsibilities Coordinate and assist with employee's full life cycle from hire to retire.
Execution of transactional core people operations, including but not limited to onboarding, new-hire orientations, terminations, exit surveys, and employee and contractor life cycle tasks.
Maintain the integrity and accuracy of our HRIS system and workflows, including data entry and audits for accuracy and compliance.
Provides dedicated and effective HR advisory services to employees with general inquiries (Tier 1 support).
Triage HR inquiries to initiate and track internal process steps based on requests.
Tracks data, consolidates employee responses, and follows up with the HR team as needed to obtain information and identify insights.
Understanding our business and staying up to date with trends and best practices to optimize processes.
Creates and distributes HR communication to organization.
Collaborate with other HR team members to support key HR initiatives and projects.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required Qualifications C1 or native Level of English.
This position is required to work at the office for 3 days a week.
2+ years of relevant human resources experience.
Experience with HR Systems and processes.
Understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high performing environment, rapidly changing environment with shifting priorities.
High attention to detail and an ownership mindset as it relates to solving employee challenges and issues.
Honesty, integrity, and strong knowledge of HR principles to ensure all information is handled with a high degree of confidentiality.
Excellent listening skills, including the ability to identify concerns or objections.
Must have an analytical mind that provides creative solutions to day-to-day problems and an ability to relate to staff at all levels of the organization.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
High level of proficiency writing in English.
