About the Role The People Partner at VTEX plays a key role in Partnering with leaders to achieve Growth KPIs through people strategy. The main responsibilities include: Advise the leaders on how to achieve the Growth KPIs by designing and executing end-to-end people strategy - performance management, leadership development, rewards & compensation, talent acquisition, conflict management, onboarding, offboarding, culture, employee relations issues, employees journey and experience, rituals. Be a VTEX culture evangelist and advocate for our principles in every action and decision of the company. Partner with Leaders and People Partners to identify business needs and develop the proper people product to address them. Build trusted relationships with the main leaders and influence key stakeholders regarding people strategy Design and support change management plans—org design, reorganizations, succession plans, leadership assimilation, and transition Leverage the leadership performance through precise feedback. Translate crises into high-level conversations. Leverage the quality of the network of conversations that enables the team to be fully aligned with the declared future. Ensure that VTEX's desirable future guides all of the teams' actions in the present. Who you are 5 to 8 years of proven experience as a People Partner in E-commerce or Tech environments. Based in Medellin, Colombia. Strong prior experience and background in HR / People. Strong Level of Stakeholder Management Skills. Experienced in business partnering with a strong understanding of organizational dynamics and talent management principles. Have a keen eye for detail and prefer using structured problem-solving frameworks. A person with a high level of self-awareness who leverages self-reflection as an instrument to adapt their approach to the needs of different people, styles, and contexts. A person with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. A skillful and effective communicator, both in written and oral forms in English. Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.
