Assist Finance and Accounting by: Gathering information and entering data for the monthly book closing process with the lead Accountant. Reconciling bank accounts in the accounting system with bank statements on a monthly basis. Correcting jobs and information in Salesforce that require manual intervention with the BizOps Director. Assist the COO in preparing board decks and other strategic documents. Conduct financial modeling and analysis for HR-related projects. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects with strong organizational skills. Coordinate and support People Ops team activities and processes. Requirements The Skillset That Makes You a People Ops Pro Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in Excel. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. Proficiency in Salesforce. Preferred Experience: Experience in a People Ops or HR-related role is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills – Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines. Financial modeling expertise – Proficiency in creating, analyzing, and interpreting financial models related to finance and HR operations. Excellent communication skills – Strong written and verbal abilities, essential for coordinating with teams and preparing strategic documents. Technical proficiency – Experience with tools such as Slack, MS Office, Salesforce, and other relevant platforms for operational and communication tasks.
