People and Compliance Manager: Biz Latin Hub is a leading provider of integrated business services in Latin America, dedicated to supporting our clients in their growth and compliance efforts. We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Lawyer to become our People & Compliance Manager for the Biz Latin Hub Group. The People & Compliance Manager will play a critical role overseeing human resources and ensuring compliance with labor regulations across the organization. This position requires a strong focus on employee relations, training, policy development, and compliance management. Key Responsibilities: People Management: Lead case management related to employee and labor relations at a global level. Ensure compliance with labor obligations across all jurisdictions. Guarantee the execution of employee induction training programs. Continue the implementation of internal training programs, specifically "WOW Training." Develop and update HR policies in accordance with business needs and current regulations. Oversee the on-boarding and off-boarding processes to ensure they are current and effective. Support internal recruitment efforts in alignment with business needs. Manage internal communications globally to ensure consistent messaging. Maintain and update the employee database. Monitor and manage employee vacation balances. Coordinate group travel in accordance with company travel policies. Compliance Management: Lead the compliance team. Lead our data consolidations projects and audit data quality. Oversee compliance officer training and appointments. Ensure data compliance with GDPR and other applicable policies. Manage anti-money laundering (AML) compliance across the organization. Conduct health checks for BLH entities to ensure compliance. Maintain and update the company databases and dashboards. Manage local software projects relevant to compliance and data management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Law, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and compliance management, preferably in a multinational environment. Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations in Latin America. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
