Summary of the role: The P&C Associate is accountable for assisting with the execution of P&C strategy through local practices, procedures, and policies related to retention, development, engagement, talent management, compensation, health, safety, and wellness. As a subject matter expert of the local regulation, they must keep the company in compliance and ensure a world-class employee experience. Supports the execution of initiatives related to the company's ESG strategy. In this role you'll: Ensure employee experience throughout the work cycle, from the pre-hiring phase to the end of employment, including onboarding, performance, training, and disciplinary actions. Coordinate and execute along with the COEs Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Management, Global Mobility processes, initiatives, and projects. Act as a subject matter expert and support local and global management with guidance and counsel on employee matters. Keep updated all transactions and movements in Workday. Plan and execute the Health and Safety Program (SGSST). Plan and execute wellness, team-building, and socialization activities. Create ad hoc reports, presentations, and information for audits and authorities' requests. Manage the SENA apprenticeship program for the company. Participate in P&C projects and initiatives. Create internal communications. Plan and execute volunteer activities. Support training logistics. Oversee and follow up on completion of surveys. About the ideal candidate: Professional in Human Resources related careers, or equivalent work experience. 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources roles. Proficiency in English. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Good communication skills.
