Data Management: Maintain, update, and audit employee payroll records. Compliance: Ensure payroll processes comply with local regulations and labor laws. Reporting: Generate and reconcile payroll reports, including summaries, deductions, and tax reports. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries promptly. Transition Management: Lead and manage the transition of the payroll system to Novasoft, including planning, execution, and post-transition support. Training: Train team members on new payroll processes and ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills.
