Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled detail-oriented America's payroll analyst to join our team in Colombia.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing payroll processes across the Americas regions with proficiency in ADP Celergo, Papaya Global, and Workday.
Key Responsibilities Execute end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries in the Americas region.Ensure accurate and timely payroll disbursements in compliance with local regulations and company policies.Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other relevant departments to gather payroll-related information.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements in the Americas.Act as the primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries and issue resolution.Utilize ADP Celergo, Papaya Global, and Workday systems to manage and optimize payroll processes.Generate payroll reports and analytics for management review.Participate in payroll-related projects and system enhancements.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.Experience with Brazilian Payroll is required.Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a requisite for this position.Strong understanding of local payroll regulations and compliance requirements.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.What else you need to know This role is based in Bogota office.
