You will perform minimally invasive procedures with the use of top-notch technology. At their pain management and vein clinics, the priority is to deliver results. As a Patient Coordinator , you will specialize in assisting daily callers with anything related to their procedures at the clinics. Through inbound or outbound contacts, you will provide a top-notch experience while providing empathy to our patients, making sure their experience goes as smoothly as possible. What You'll Do Coordinate and schedule new patient appointments according to doctors' schedules. Import and manage records for new and existing patients. Obtain necessary medical record information from referring providers to complete the new patient process. Follow up with patients for their existing and upcoming appointments. Assign documents such as orders, operation notes, consents, outside records, procedures, and therapies, using standard classification systems within the electronic medical record. Document work processes as required. Perform other duties as assigned by the team leader/managers. What You'll Bring To The Team Strong spoken and written English (C1+). 1+ Years of Experience in customer service in the healthcare industry. Experience as a new patient coordinator is preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively. Highly detail-oriented.
