Position Overview: We are looking for a Patient Administrative Lead to serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, records management, and operational support.
This role requires meticulous attention to detail, a warm but professional demeanor, and the ability to navigate complex systems to secure appointments for patients.
The ideal candidate is coachable, self-motivated, and ready to take on a supervisory role in the future.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing high-quality support via phone and email.
Manage patient records, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
Navigate complex scheduling systems and conduct web research to secure hard-to-obtain appointments.
Communicate with patients in a warm, professional manner, demonstrating high EQ and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Oversee and improve operational processes related to patient scheduling and records.
Potentially evolve into a supervisory role to manage other administrative assistants and operational staff.
Qualifications: Proven experience in an administrative or patient support role, ideally within the medical or healthcare field.
Strong English language ability, both written and spoken, with a low/neutral accent.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate professionally via email and phone.
High attention to detail, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
LATAM-based, preferably familiar with U.S. healthcare systems.
Nice-to-Haves: Experience working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
Ambition and energy to take on additional responsibilities and grow within the company.
