Parts Coordination Coordinator We are looking for a Coordinator to join our dynamic, customer-service-focused Parts Coordination Management (PCM) Team. The successful candidate must be willing and able to work in Bogota, Colombia, or Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and must speak English at an advanced level; Portuguese is desirable. The ideal candidate has strong communication and customer service skills, SAP knowledge (preferable), logistics experience, is bilingual (English/Spanish), and has a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field. As a Parts Coordination Coordinator , you will focus on these responsibilities: Act as contact for spare parts quotations, orders, deliveries, and non-conformities. Act as a link between customers and the various departments involved in the spare parts delivery process. Handle and coordinate quotes and orders according to working procedures and guidelines. Ensure the highest level of quality and response time for quotes and orders. Ensure quality of spare parts sales documents. Ensure correct customer master data and handling instructions are used when processing quotations and orders. Actively follow up quotes with customers before they expire, providing feedback to sales teams and customers. Actively follow up the order book with the sales team. Liaise with Sales about the content and terms of the offerings. Follow up and communicate parts deliveries information accordingly in a timely manner to customers. Follow up with supply chain of parts deliveries according to agreed process. Maintain and develop knowledge of customer-specific solutions and needs. Off-hour support for spare parts (24 hrs service). Set up and promote OB follow-up meetings with Sales Team. Fulfill responsibilities in the assigned expertise and ensure the transfer of knowledge within the teams. Use internal network within the expertise to escalate issues that may arise. Build profitable customer relationships to provide feedback and valuable information. To be successful in this role, we expect you to have: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Logistics, International Business, or related fields. Fluency in English. Fluency in Portuguese (desirable). Located in Bogota, Colombia, or Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Experience in working in an international environment is seen as beneficial. Advanced knowledge on SAP (desirable).
