We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team and embark on an exciting career path in Parts and Service support.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Dealing with and resolving parts and service customer queriesRelaying information between the workshop, parts department and service officeCompleting aftersales and general depot administrationAssisting with incoming calls and emails to the depotMaintaining and developing relationships with customersProviding assistance to customers with their queriesDeveloping product and equipment knowledgeJob Requirements: Experience in a similar role (desirable)An interest in the agricultural or machinery industry (desirable)Able to use own initiative and work to targetsAble to work in a fast-paced environmentWhat Lloyd Ltd can offer: Full training and developmentAn industry leading working environmentCompetitive levels of payOther excellent Company benefits including:29 days annual leave, increasing with length of service up to 32 daysStaff discountCompany pension scheme (including life assurance cover)Wellness and support services, including 24/7 GP accessContract Type – Permanent
