Partner Recruiting and Development Manager Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners. Work closely with partner account manager team to understand partner needs and requirements. Identify potential partners, including resellers and service providers, to expand Oracle's partner ecosystem. Evaluate potential partners based on criteria such as market reach, technical capability, business alignment, and financial stability. Conduct presentations, webinars, and meetings to communicate the value proposition and benefits of partnering with Oracle. Provide recommendations on partner selection to leadership. Collaborate with partner enablement team to ensure new partners are successfully onboarded and trained. Work with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Provide regular updates to management team on the progress of recruiting activities, challenges, and areas for improvement. Demonstrated track record developing and managing Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Prefer strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills.
