Participant Support Specialist And Moderator

Job Description: Shift: 10 am to 8 pm CST We are seeking an individual with flexible availability to work. They must possess the necessary knowledge and skills to carry out these tasks effectively. Required Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite, including spreadsheets, formulas, schedule creation, and other record management functions. Ability to conduct audits for consistency and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail. Experience in data management and entry. Proficiency in Canva to create certificates. Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication skills. Zoom recording processing, reports, and scheduling. Responsibilities: Moderating Support Group sessions, opening up the Zoom room for facilitators, taking attendance, monitoring the groups chat functions and content, and answering participant questions during sessions. Providing technical and connectivity assistance for participants and the GPS team. Responding to and managing all program-related questions. Monitoring email, voicemail, and text messages from participants. Providing troubleshooting for technical issues. Helping diagnose and prioritize issues with technology or process. Providing pleasant, kind, and generous customer service for a diverse participant population.
