Part-Time Researcher (Zoning & Land Use Documents) - English & Spanish

We are seeking 3 Part-Time Researchers to join our team and help us gather and upload relevant zoning and land use documents and applications. This role will require individuals with strong research skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with digital tools. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough research to identify and locate zoning and land use documents, applications, and other related materials Review documents for relevance and accuracy before uploading them to the company's website Ensure that all documents are correctly categorized and follow proper data entry protocols Collaborate with the team to track document retrieval progress using Jira or other project management tools Maintain regular communication with team leads to ensure project milestones are met Qualifications: Strong command of the English language with the ability to read, understand, and interpret complex documents Proficient in using Jira for tracking tasks and workflows Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong research skills with the ability to navigate online resources and government websites Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience with zoning and land use documentation or familiarity with related terminology Experience in legal or governmental research Benefits: Flexible working hours (10-30 hours per week) Opportunity to work in a dynamic, research-focused environment Location: Remote ( Nigeria, Philippines)#J-18808-Ljbffr
