You'll excel at analyzing performance data, identifying actionable insights, and developing strategic Meta Ads campaigns with a heavy emphasis on new customer acquisition.

Core ResponsibilitiesManage Meta ad accounts across client portfolioDevelop and execute conversion-focused campaign strategiesCreate and optimize audience targeting, ad creative, and placementsMonitor performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to account team, keeping client goals in mindConduct A/B testing to improve ROAS and conversion rates, led by curiosity and opportunity identification from dataPrepare client performance reports and presentationsKeep up with industry trends to bring more efficiency to our clients & processesReview clients' creative assets and make recommendations for improvement and net new asset creation with examples, and testing opportunitiesExecute effectively on tasks delegated to youJob RequirementsC1-C2 English LevelProven track record managing large-scale Meta ad campaigns for e-commerce brandsAt least 3 years of proven paid social experience with an emphasis on e-commerce, agency experience preferred.Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Business ManagerExperience with automated rules, dynamic ads, and catalog managementStrong analytical skills with data-driven decision-makingProficiency in ad creative best practices and A/B testing methodologiesKnowledge of landing page best practicesIdeal but not required: TikTok Ads Manager experienceSkills & ToolsMeta Advertising SuiteGoogle AnalyticsExcel / Google SheetsCreative testing frameworksPerformance marketing metricsIdeal Candidate ProfileBe Innovative: You're always seeking new, strategic ways to optimize campaigns.
