You will collaborate closely with our creative team to develop engaging content and drive successful advertising strategies. Your responsibilities will include A/B testing, generating comprehensive reports for upper management, and providing clients with regular updates on campaign performance. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement paid media strategies to achieve marketing goals. Create, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms. Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective strategies and content. Analyze campaign performance and generate detailed reports for upper management. Provide clients with weekly or bi-weekly reports on campaign progress and performance. Collaborate with graphic designers and video creators to produce high-quality content. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media and advertising. Requirements: Proven experience in paid media marketing advertising, especially Meta Ads and Googles Ads. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in paid media management tools and platforms. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
