Paid Ad Specialist

This is a remote position.
Paid Ad Specialist : 20 hours / week, Monday to Friday 9AM-1PM New York Time
Responsibilities : Launch and manage social media advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedInMonitor campaign performance and provide daily reports on key metricsConduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance and improve ROITarget and refine audience segments to ensure maximum campaign effectivenessPotentially work with Google Ads to expand our digital advertising reachCollaborate on ad creative development, if skilled in this areaStay updated on social media advertising trends and best practicesScope : Manage multiple social media advertising campaigns simultaneouslyWork 20 hours per week, preferably during morning hoursPotential to expand role to include TikTok advertising in the futureOpportunity for the role to grow into a full-time position as the company expandsPossible future involvement in managing client campaigns as the company's services growRequirements : Proven experience in managing social media advertising campaignsStrong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedInFamiliarity with audience targeting and segmentation techniquesAnalytical skills for interpreting campaign data and making data-driven decisionsExcellent communication skills for reporting and collaborating with team membersAbility to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time roleKnowledge of Google Ads is a plusExperience with content creation tools is beneficial but not requiredIndependent Contractor Perks : Permanent work from homeImmediate hiringSteady freelance job
