The Job
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls to potential residential and commercial customers to introduce and sell our Energy companies natural gas services.
- Utilize persuasive communication skills to present the benefits of switching and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas by effectively managing sales pipelines and closing deals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information using CRM tools, ensuring all sales activities are tracked and reported.
- Engage in continuous follow-up with leads to close sales and enhance customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Report sales activities and achievements to management on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
The Profile
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in outbound sales, with a preference for backgrounds in energy, utilities, or related fields.
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills, capable of managing high-volume calls and effectively closing sales.
- Goal-oriented professional with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales processes.
- High level of initiative and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
