Outbound Sales Representative

This is a remote position.
Scope : 8 hours per day, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) Operate during TorontoTime business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) Handle a high volume of calls daily Collaborate with the inbound sales team to ensure smooth lead handover Contribute to the company's goal of increasing B2B market share Incentives/commissions in place when targets are met Responsibilities : Conduct cold calls to businesses in the greater Toronto area Build and maintain a network of B2B connections Establish relationships with potential clients such as realtors, property managers, and storage facilities Qualify leads by asking specific questions about client needs Forward qualified leads to the inbound sales team Meet daily targets for calls made and leads generated Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the company CRM Requirements : Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent Experience in B2B sales, preferably in a cold calling role Proficiency in using CRM systems and VoIP software like Dialpad Ability to work independently and meet sales targets Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly Resilience and positive attitude when facing rejection Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus) Independent Contractor Perks HMO Coverage for eligible locations Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job ZR_16978_JOB
