Job Description This is a remote position.
Schedule: Full-time 40 hours per week or 8 hours per day Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM MDT with a 30-minute paid break Client location or time zone: Orem, Utah, USA - MDT Company/client overview: The client is a pest control company that services multiple states.
They receive leads through forms on their website as well as text messages.
Their main service is dealing with various bug infestations that customers have.
They have a team of sales agents who close qualified leads after the leads have been initially qualified.
Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to inbound leads from web forms and text messages Qualify leads based on pest issues and service area criteria Handle objections and brush-offs in a professional manner Build rapport through friendly conversation Transfer qualified/interested leads to the sales team via warm transfer Provide a great first impression of the company Requirements Minimum 1 year of outbound telemarketing or lead qualification experience Excellent verbal communication and listening skills Ability to navigate call software and web applications Self-motivated and resilient to overcome rejection Problem-solving skills to identify lead criteria Benefits HMO Coverage after 90 days Permanent work-from-home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job Requirements Minimum 1 year of outbound telemarketing or lead qualification experience Excellent verbal communication and listening skills Ability to navigate call software and web applications Self-motivated and resilient to overcome rejection Problem-solving skills to identify lead criteria
