**PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR CV IN ENGLISH** Position Title: Outbound Concierge – Luxury Membership Services Position Overview We are seeking a polished, professional, and results-driven Outbound Caller with a background in luxury services to join our team.
This role requires exceptional communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
You will play a vital role in engaging with new members, reconnecting with expiring members, and delivering an elevated experience that reflects our brand's commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities Engage New Members: Proactively welcome new members with personalized calls, introduce them to the benefits of their membership, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Retain Existing Members: Contact members with upcoming expirations to highlight renewal options, offer tailored solutions, and address any concerns.
Promote Membership Value: Effectively communicate the exclusive benefits, services, and experiences available to members, reinforcing the value of their membership.
Upsell & Cross-Sell Opportunities: Identify opportunities to recommend additional services, upgrades, or exclusive offers that enhance the member experience.
Maintain Accurate Records: Update member profiles, record call outcomes, and track follow-up actions in CRM systems.
Foster Relationships: Develop strong connections with members by providing personalized service, demonstrating empathy, and embodying the brand's commitment to luxury.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with membership, marketing, and operations teams to ensure member feedback is addressed and improvements are implemented.
Qualifications Experience in Luxury Service: Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales, customer service, or membership services, preferably in a luxury environment (e.g., high-end hospitality, concierge services, or premium memberships).
Exceptional Communication Skills: Polished verbal and written communication with an ability to engage with a discerning clientele.
Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales or retention goals while maintaining a member-first approach.
Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks seamlessly.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
Professional Demeanor: Confidence, poise, and the ability to represent the brand's luxury ethos at all times.
Self-Motivated: Proactive and driven to exceed expectations with minimal supervision.
Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience working with luxury brands are highly encouraged to apply.
English Proficiency: Advanced English skills (C1 level) are required.
Preferred Skills Experience in handling high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
Familiarity with membership or loyalty programs.
Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
