Position Overview: The Outbound Calling Coordinator is responsible for building strong relationships with prospects through outbound calls, emails, and other communications to generate targeted weekly appointments.
This role ensures accurate record-keeping of all interactions, manages follow-ups, and tracks sales progress to meet set goals.
Key Responsibilities: Establish Rapport with Prospects: Build strong relationships with assigned prospects by conducting outbound calls, texts, emails, and other communications, aiming to achieve targeted weekly appointments.
Maintain Records: Keep detailed and accurate records of all interactions with prospects to track progress and manage follow-ups effectively.
Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
Qualifications: GED or high school diploma required.
Minimum of one (1) year experience in inbound or outbound sales, business development, or account management.
Proven track record of meeting sales or appointment-setting targets.
Experience using CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook.
Clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
Nice-to-Haves: Spanish language proficiency is a perk but not required.
3-5 years of experience in sales or customer relationship roles.
