Job Purpose: Responsible for capturing customer orders accurately and efficiently into the ERP system to achieve the fixed service level requirements. Responsible for business interface monitoring, accurately and efficiently monitoring the interfaces in the system. Skilled in different order entry channels such as EDI, optical character recognition tool, Web portal, and CRM. Key Accountabilities: Capture customer orders accurately and efficiently into the ERP system. Create orders manually in the ERP as needed according to customer requirements. Review and validate orders in the optical character recognition tool, updating as needed. Contribute to continuous improvement of order taking activities. Monitor all inbound and outbound customer interfaces through IDOCs. Investigate failed IDOCs and contact relevant departments to report technical system failures. Keep track of changes in IDOCs and emails. Request maintenance to IT for master data fields. Execute integration activities within the service level agreement. About You: Experience: At least 3-4 years' experience with knowledge of order processing and customer service. Soft and Technical Skills: Good business acumen, strong problem solving, hands-on experience of SAP (essential), knowledge of Microsoft Office, and expertise in MS Excel.
