Job Details EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Required: University Degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, International Relations, Transportation or related fields. 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Customer Service or Operations department with leadership experience. English and Spanish fluency. Desired: Computer skills including usage of formulas, dashboards development. 1 to 2 years of experience leading teams. REPORTS DIRECTLY TO: SSC HUB LATAM Manager MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS: English and Spanish fluency. Portuguese not mandatory but will contribute to daily activities.
