We are currently seeking a highly skilled Oracle Security Analyst to become a valuable addition to one of our US clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in security data management and information security risk. Key Responsibilities: Ensure that access requests are well-documented, understood, and escalated to management when necessary. Regularly audit system access to ensure accuracy and policy adherence. Ensure compliance with security guidelines among employees and escalate non-compliance issues as required. Develop an in-depth understanding of business processes, assets, facilities, and regulatory requirements to effectively manage security risks. Conduct continuous monitoring and periodic updates to security program materials, ensuring quality, accuracy, and operational efficiency. Prepare for and participate in both internal and external security audits. Analyze security incidents and perform root cause analysis to mitigate future risks. Foster a team-oriented atmosphere and maintain effective working relationships across different teams and regions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Physical Security, Business Continuity, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in security data management. Proficiency in reporting tools such as OBIEE, data manipulation, and advanced Excel skills. Strong understanding of risk management disciplines, including information security, IT risk, vendor risk, and operational risk. In-depth knowledge of security policies and information systems. Ability to analyze and report security incidents and perform root cause analysis. Innovative, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships across teams and geographies. Experience participating in security audits and driving operational improvements.
