Job Description You will be responsible for managing, and coaching a team of Account Managers and Logistics Coordinators to ensure we are providing best in class service to their Customers.The Operations Team Lead is someone who has a proven track record of account growth, excellent communication skills, and an overall drive to succeed and improve processes.Requirements • Manage a specific group of accounts and leading a team of operations representatives • Delegate tasks to ensure each team member is being effectively utilized and tasks are being completed within expected timelines • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships and coaching the team to do the same • Work with team to identify further business opportunities to expand our business with customers • Monitoring trends and changes to customer purchasing behaviour and work with the team to determine root cause and retention strategies • Ensure all Customer orders are entered into TRAFFIX TMS in a timely manner • Proactively identifying potential problems and resolving them before they escalate • Ensure team is providing adhoc rates to clients upon request or in response to automated load tendering sites • Assist in the collection process for accounts when requested by the AR team Also, • Follow up with Customers regarding delays, missed appointments and late arrivals • Writing client-specific SOPs and ensure training of back up Account Managers to cover vacation and/or other time off within the Team • Develop sales strategies and targets to present to upper management to increase client wallet share • Maintain a highly productive team with a positive management style conducive to the TRAFFIX cultural values • Be the first escalation point for assistance with issues on loads and ensure they're resolved to exceed Customer expectations • Lend support and guidance to AM's and LC's as required Benefits THIS IS REMOTE POSITION THIS IS A BILINGUAL POSITION SHIFT FROM TUESDAY TO SATURDAY FROM 11:00PM - 8:00AM EST Requirements 1.An Accounts Receivable Specialist, also known as an Accounts Receivable Clerk, plays a crucial role in maintaining a company's financial accounts related to incoming transactions.This position requires a combination of project management, organizational skills, and effective communication.
