Operations Specialist (Cali, Colombia)

We're looking for an Operations Specialist (Yango Delivery) who's eager to work in a start-up atmosphere and open to complex and interesting tasks related to building and scaling a logistics business.
You will be responsible for:
Managing courier acquisition and relationships with courier companies.Creating effective operational flows in courier acquisition, planning, support, fleet, and partner relations management.Making data-driven decisions for more accurate, efficient, safe, and optimal warehouse and last-mile operations.Monitoring the key metrics of all courier companies.You might be a fit if you have:
Experience with last mile and express logistics.A structured mind and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and manage multiple priorities, and are deadline-oriented.A desire to build.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic technology awareness (SQL preferred).About us:
