Operations Specialist (Barranquilla, Colombia)

We are seeking an Operations Specialist for Yango Delivery to manage courier acquisition, optimize logistics operations, and make data-driven decisions to enhance warehouse and last-mile efficiency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for: Managing courier acquisition and relationships with courier companies Creating effective operational flows in courier acquisition, planning, support, and fleet and partner relations management Making data-driven decisions for more accurate, efficient, safe, and optimal warehouse and last-mile operations Monitoring key metrics of all courier companies Maximizing the efficiency of all business procedures Ensuring that all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards You might be a fit if you have: Experience with last mile logistics and express operations A structured mind and excellent written and verbal communication skills Deadline-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and manage multiple priorities The desire to build and improve Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic technology awareness Knowledge of SQL (preferred) About us: Yango is a leading international tech company that offers cutting-edge mobility and delivery services as a digital platform across more than 20 countries in Africa, Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East.
