We're on the hunt for a Sales Operations Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Role Overview: As our Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our sales operations.
Your main objective will be to ensure that our sales strategies are impeccably executed for each client, leading to seamless operations and consistently improving results.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to meet each client's specific needs.
Maintain rigorous documentation for client strategies, including testing new copy and sales angles.
Conduct audits of sales rep conversations to ensure quality and adherence to strategy.
Gain deep knowledge of our clients' businesses to fully understand their unique challenges and opportunities.
Drive continuous improvement by experimenting with new strategies and tools.
Requirements: Proficiency in Airtable, Notion, and Google Docs.
Strong experience in operations management, with a focus on quality assurance and detailed documentation.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
A self-starter with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Highly detail-oriented with a strong background in project management.
Nice to Have: Experience in a project management role.
A penchant for experimentation and innovation.
Familiarity with no-code tools.
