We are looking for an Ecommerce Operations Manager. The eCommerce Operations Manager plays a crucial role in establishing foundational processes, supporting the leadership in overseeing initial operations, and helping recruit essential team members to build the business from the ground up. Working closely with the CEO, this person will implement and refine operational structures, ensuring alignment with the CEO's strategic vision while actively contributing to day-to-day efficiencies and growth initiatives. Together, they will create a scalable operational foundation that supports the company's objectives and prepares it for future expansion. The essential functions of the role include: Collaborate with the CEO to establish key operational processes and build a scalable foundation aligned with the company's strategic goals. Implement initial workflows, systems, and processes. Assist with Team Recruitment and Onboarding & Work with the CEO to identify key roles needed within the team, participating in recruiting and onboarding processes to ensure a strong operational foundation. Develop onboarding procedures and training resources to empower new team members to contribute effectively. Manage day-to-day inventory levels, vendor relationships, and product sourcing efforts, ensuring a streamlined supply chain that meets growth demands. Build and oversee customer support functions to ensure exceptional service and foster customer satisfaction, while providing regular insights to the CEO on customer feedback and improvements. Develop protocols for order fulfillment, returns, and refunds, working with the CEO to create a customer-centric approach to operations. Track and analyze KPIs across operations, providing data insights that inform the CEO's strategic decisions and identify areas for operational improvement. Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure that operational capacity aligns with promotional activities and growth campaigns. Adjust operational workflows to accommodate seasonal promotions and/or product launches. Research and recommend automation tools to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support a streamlined operation. Help identify key technology solutions that enhance productivity and align with company growth goals. Continuously review and improve operational processes to support scalability and growth, providing recommendations to the CEO for adjustments.
