What You'll Do: Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring all processes are efficient and effective. Implement and manage operational systems and procedures to streamline workflow and enhance productivity. Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, technology, and finances, to meet project needs. Work closely with department heads to forecast resource requirements and ensure optimal staffing levels. Coordinate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff members. Collaborate with account managers, creative teams, and clients to define project scopes and deliverables. Ensure all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality. Assist in the preparation and management of the agency's budget. Monitor and control operational costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Work with finance teams to ensure accurate billing, invoicing, and financial reporting. Address client concerns and escalations promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Ensure the agency complies with all relevant regulations, policies, and industry standards. Background & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in an advertising or marketing agency. Strong understanding of advertising processes, including creative development, media buying, and campaign execution. Proven experience in managing budgets, resources, and teams. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
